Garrett Cassidy, founder of Abarta Consulting, brings over 30 years of experience in banking, payments, and fintech. He bridges product development, regulatory compliance, market relevance, and innovation with unique insights. 

Garrett has held diverse roles in established financial services and fintech companies, focusing on technology, strategic change, finance, and operations across payments, lending, capital markets, and blockchain sectors. He also founded, built, and successfully sold a regulated fintech business, Trezeo.

His entrepreneurial mindset and action-oriented approach unlock opportunities and drive execution. Garrett’s deep domain expertise ensures that clients receive innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

In addition to leading Abarta Consulting, Garrett serves as Board Chair and Non-Executive Director at Currenxie Europe, part of the global payments and foreign exchange firm Currenxie Group.
